Copyright Transfer Agreement

This Agreement together with Maskot Invites Terms Of Service (”TOS”) constitutes the entire legal relationship between Maskot Invite as operated by Maskot Bildbyrå AB and the Content Providing Member in regard to the content below.

This Agreement is governed by Swedish Law and subject to arbitration according to terms set out in Maskot Invite’s TOS. 

This Agreement between

and Maskot Invite (as operated by Maskot Bildbyrå AB) (together ”The Parties”)

Transfers the full copyright to the following content: xxxxxx

For use according to the following brief: xxxx

This copyright transfer is full and irrevocable in accordance with further terms set out in Maskot Invite’s TOS.

By entering the Agreement, the content providing member also agrees to waive any moral rights assigned by law to the content for the scope of the assignment.

By entering the Agreement, Content Providing Member warrants that the Content fully comply with Maskot Invite’s TOS and that adequate model release, including consensual agreement to personal data processing, and property release is acquired where applicable.

By entering this Agreement the Content Providing Member also agrees to not use or license any other material produced during the same production session as the Content subject to this agreement, in accordance with the terms of Maskot Invite’s TOS.

I hereby accept the terms of the copyright transfer in this Agreement as well as conditions specified in Maskot Invite’s Terms Of Service.
